Schedule Change Due to Weather

Racing for Friday April 3 has been cancelled. The forecast and track looks all set for Saturday’s racing and we are on schedule for a great afternoon & evening.

Events scheduled for Friday have been moved to these dates:
Ladies 4 Cylinder race will be held on May 1st
Crate Sportsman will move to April 17th
Open Practice is not being re-scheduled.

The Doris Hoag Memorial $5,000 Crate Sportsman Points Chase is also announced. This dual series chase will be held as follows:

Series #1 Crate motors with open tires
Overall series points champion will receive $1,000

Series #2 Crate motors with DIRT rules
Overall series points champion will receive $1,000

In addition to the above winnings, there will be chase payouts for the combined points rankings as follows:
1st - $1,000
2nd - $600
3rd - $400
4th – $300
5th - $200
6th-10th $100 each

All track champions will be honored at the January 2010 Black Rock Speedway Awards Banquet. The web site's schedule will be updated to reflect this announcement shortly.
