	Black Rock - In the beginning ... Black Rock has been around awhile and has a rich history here in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Country. The track started back in 1957 as the Dundee Speedway by the Bath Speedway Club (a.k.a. the Cohocton Valley Racing Association). The track is a 4/10 mile, clay, semi-banked oval. One story told around here is that Black Rock got its current name after being reclayed with a noticably darker surface.


	Black Rock Triva Mary Hoose started working the Pit Gate with Bob Forman in 1964.
